Line of refrigerated display cabinets with VENTILATED refrigeration system, manufactured through the use of environment friendly gas, and with AUTOMATIC defrosting. The modern and squared aluminium frame is in SILVER colour anodised.
The models of this line are available with 1 or 2 doors, and with the possibility to choose 1 or 4 sides glass (on demand customized solutions).
The inner fitting is composed of 3 glass shelves, adjustable in height and of a double stainless steel hook placed in the upper part. ALL THESE REFRIGERATED DISPLAY CABINETS ARE EQUIPPED WITH 2 LED BARS WITH SPECIAL COLOUR FOR MEAT AND THE DIGITAL TELETHERMOSTAT.
OPTIONAL DRY AGED MEAT on demand – steady temperature (+1/2°C) and constant humidity (85/90%).
